· Process and enter complaints in to the CMS federal database (ACTS) in accordance with CMS requirements. Assist with conversion and entry of complaints in the new Federal IQIES system.
· Data entry will be required in both the previous ASPEN federal system and the IQIES system accordingly.
· Enter reports, incidents and complaints in the Division's HCFRS system.
· Ensure constituents receive written communication in a timely manner acknowledging their complaints have been received.
· Photocopying and scanning of hard copy, complaint unit records.
· Answers and responds to phone inquiries from consumers, health care facilities, providers, and other agencies looking to file a complaint or obtain information.
· Responds to all “after hours” messages left by consumers, patients/residents and other agen
