Position Title: Clinical Nurse Manager
Reports to: Medical Director, Faith Community Clinic

Position Summary
The Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) provides clinical leadership and oversight for the Faith Community Clinic (FCC), ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care. This position supports the mission of the Faith Community Health Network to serve neighbors in need with dignity and holistic, community-based healthcare.
The Clinical Nurse Manager functions as a working nurse, mentor, and role model for the clinical teampromoting teamwork, professionalism, and operational excellence in all aspects of clinic operations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in the State of Kentucky
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Current BLS certification
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA, infection control, and quality improvement standards
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to coach, develop, and support clinical staff
- Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Preferred:
- Experience in primary care, community health, or nonprofit/faith-based healthcare settings
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Experience in developing workflows, standing orders, and clinical protocols

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, nursing assessments, and clinical oversight; serve as a role model for nursing and support staff.
- Supervise and mentor nursing and clinical support staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical standards, regulatory requirements (OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA), and FCHC policies.
- Oversee clinical operations, vaccine, medication, and medical supply inventory and ordering.
- Coordinate efficient patient flow and collaborate with front office and provider team.
- Support data collection, quality improvement, and reporting to ensure operational excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in leadership meetings, staff development, and initiatives that align with the clinics mission and values.
- Supervise paid and volunteer staff

- Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients for extended periods.
- Must maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards.
Schedule & Compensation Overview
- Schedule: Full-time, MondayThursday, 9:00 AM4:30 PM (with possible Friday expansion)
- Salary Range: $65,000 to $85,000 annually (based on experience)
- Benefits: Health, Life, Disability, Retirement, and PTO (3 weeks in Year 1, increasing with tenure)
- Projected Hire Date: EarlyMid February 2026
- Clinic Opening: Late March 2026 (Newport Free Clinic)
