• Execute effective collection strategies to recover overdue payments and minimize financial risk.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of receivables.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all collection activities.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and clients to foster trust and streamline payment processes.
• Generate reports on collection activities and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in resolving disputes related to billing and payment discrepancies
• Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and other financial software.
• Excellent communication skills for handling inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries.
