Outbound Collections Specialist - In Office ONLY

We are looking for an Outbound Collections Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for securing billing payments from your customers.
Benefits:
- Monday - Friday
- 8AM - 5PM
- 2-15 minute paid breaks (10:00AM and 3:00PM)
- 1 hour unpaid lunch (12:00PM - 1:00PM)
- 60 days you're eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits
- 90 days you're eligible for 48 hours of PTO
Responsibilities:
- Call and inform customers about unpaid accounts
- Receive and post payment to customer's account
- Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
- Initiate repossession proceedings or disconnect service
- Keep records and status of customer's account
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in collection, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build and retain rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Working knowledge of Excel and Salesforce
