Office Assistant / Branch Office Coordinator
Location: Odessa, TX
We are seeking a reliable Office Assistant / Branch Office Coordinator to support daily administrative and sales operations in a fast-paced service branch. This role provides front-office support and works closely with branch operations, sales, and the corporate office.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage branch phone calls professionally
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, and basic job documentation
- Create parts and service invoices
- Perform data entry, filing, and document scanning
- Support the sales team with paperwork and invoicing
- Schedule safety meetings and submit required reports
- Order office supplies and maintain office organization
- Assist with pulling parts and packaging shipments as needed
