As a Client Services Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between the company and our clients, delivering timely and professional service.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system.

Ensure client satisfaction by understanding needs, providing product/service knowledge, and escalating issues when necessary.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are completed promptly and accurately.

Support the client services team with administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-ups.
