We’re working with a Pittsburgh-based client to find a Payroll Coordinator who’s not just good with numbers, but great at keeping things running smoothly. If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and knows payroll inside and out, this direct hire role with a hybrid work setup could be your next big move.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Process weekly payroll for 500+ U.S. and international employees with speed and precision.

  • Maintain and audit timesheets, making last-minute adjustments as needed.

  • Calculate and manage deductions including taxes, benefits, and voluntary contributions.

  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers with professionalism and clarity

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll data integrity and compliance.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume payroll experience (500+ employees).

  • Hands-on experience with UKG or similar HRIS/payroll systems.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

  • Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

  • A proactive mindset and commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
