What You’ll Be Doing

Process weekly payroll for 500+ U.S. and international employees with speed and precision.

Maintain and audit timesheets, making last-minute adjustments as needed.

Calculate and manage deductions including taxes, benefits, and voluntary contributions.

Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers with professionalism and clarity

Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll data integrity and compliance.
What You Bring

3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume payroll experience (500+ employees).

Hands-on experience with UKG or similar HRIS/payroll systems.

Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

A proactive mindset and commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
