Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists
- Proficient in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students behavioral needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies
