Salary: Starting at $60,000/year
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday) | Onsite Only

Duties of the Customer Support Specialist:
- Coordinate between sales, planning, and production teams
- Manage full cycle for 50–75 orders per week
- Provide order confirmations and job planning within 24 hours
- Lead daily cadence meetings to review order status and issues
- Manage the structured process for 20–30 new parts monthly
- Resolve delivery concerns and communicate status changes
- Maintain ERP accuracy for ~275 monthly shipments
- Document feedback to support continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in customer service or order management
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution settings
- ERP proficiency (Epicor experience is a strong plus)
- High attention to detail and 24-hour responsiveness
