Complete Home Specialists is looking for a dependable and skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing residential team in Allentown, PA. Pay Range: $25$35+/hour (based on experience) + Install Performance Bonuses

This is a full-time position for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities

As an HVAC Lead Installer, you'll be at the forefront of our residential installations, ensuring superior craftsmanship and leading your team to success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and completing residential HVAC installations, including ductwork, heat pumps, condensers, mini-splits, and furnaces.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems for efficient and code-compliant performance.
  • Supervising apprentices and junior technicians, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
  • Interpreting blueprints, job specifications, and wiring diagrams to guide precise installations.
  • Communicating project updates to customers and project managers.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all completed work and materials used.
  • Ensuring tools, workspaces, and company vehicles remain clean and organized.
  • Following all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
  • Representing the company with professionalism on every job.

Qualifications

We're looking for a proactive professional with a knack for numbers and a strong business mindset.

  • 5+ years of dedicated residential HVAC installation experience.
  • EPA Certification (Required).
  • OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (Required).
  • Proven ability to lead a team and ensure quality across multiple projects.
  • Skilled in reading technical blueprints and HVAC schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in diverse residential settings, including attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
