Manufacturing Supervisor

Our Client | Day Shift (M–F) | Flexibility Required for Off-Shifts & Weekends Premium Pay Available for Shift Coverage & Overtime
Salary 80k to 90k

The Role

A hands-on supervisory role leading safety, quality, productivity, and cost control within assigned plant areas. You'll drive continuous improvement, oversee maintenance strategies, and develop a strong hourly team in a coil finishing manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce material cycle time throughout the plant
• Execute maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime costs
• Supervise hourly team members — safety, housekeeping, and performance standards
• Perform and oversee electrical system modifications based on production and reliability needs
• Develop cross-training programs to strengthen team capability in coil finishing processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate plant operations

What We Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field OR 4+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, motor control centers, static drives, and power distribution systems — strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
