What You’ll Be Doing

· Rolling up ready to make things better—fast

· Meeting people at one of the worst moments of their life and being the reason they start to smile again

· Using cool tools, gear, and tech to clean up, dry out, and rebuild hope

· Learning something new every day (no two jobs are the same)

· Repping a team that’s known for compassion, integrity, and excellence

What You Bring

· A good vibe and a people-first attitude

· Comfortable in chaos, calm under pressure

· Physically able to lift, move, climb, hustle—this isn’t a desk job

· Valid driver’s license and clean record preferred
