We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our In-Home Sales Representative. This role will be critical in enhancing the sales team's skills, ensuring they excel in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance Oversight: Monitor and manage sales performance metrics, including ADS and closing percentages, to ensure team members meet or exceed established targets.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to strengthen the sales team’s skills and confidence in the field.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining company standards of professionalism and service quality.
  • Performance Assessment: Evaluate individual and team performance regularly, offering constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Training & Support: Reinforce effective sales strategies such as the “one-visit close” approach and ensure that all representatives are well-versed in company products, services, and customer communication protocols.
  • On-the-Job Coaching: Conduct field visits and in-home appointment ride-alongs to observe and guide representatives in real-time.
  • Disciplinary Documentation: Document all disciplinary actions and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when necessary.
  • Sales Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with the General Manager to align sales practices with overall company goals and strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitor insights to continually enhance team performance and sales outcomes.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of performance data, training sessions, and customer escalations for reporting and evaluation purposes.

In-Home Sales Representatives Training:

  • Train representatives on effectively managing in-home appointments scheduled from qualified leads, emphasizing that there is no cold calling involved.
  • Provide guidance on how to accurately determine the scope of work, provide estimates, and deliver solutions to homeowners in need.
  • Educate reps on executing top-notch customer service, managing remediation crews, monitoring job status, and maintaining clear communication with customers, company management, and insurance carriers.
  • Ensure reps are trained to respond promptly (within one hour) to new job notifications and complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales training or sales management, preferably in in-home sales or related fields.
  • Training Expertise: Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs that drive performance.
  • Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a focus on quick closes and customer engagement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
  • Adaptability: Ability to tailor training approaches to different learning styles and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and follow-ups effectively.
