General Neurologist with Interest in Concussion

We are seeking a motivated and experienced general neurologist with a specific interest and expertise in managing concussion. The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in neurology and have a strong background in diagnosing and treating various neurological conditions, with a focus on concussion and mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBI). Along with our state-of-the-art facility, we also have a fully outfitted neuro rehab center on sight with a highly trained team of therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
\tEvaluate and diagnose patients with concussion, mTBI, and other general neurological conditions through comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic tests.
\tDevelop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including medication management, cognitive rehabilitation, and lifestyle modifications.
\tCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including autonomic neurology, headache neurology, allergy and immunology, physical/ occupational and speech therapists, and other specialists, to provide coordinated care to patients.
\tEducate patients, families, and caregivers about concussion management, symptoms, and prevention strategies.
\tParticipate in research initiatives related to concussion and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of neurology.
Qualifications:
\tMedical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
\tBoard certification or eligibility in neurology.
\tFellowship training or equivalent experience in concussion management preferred.
\tValid medical license and ability to practice medicine in the state of Utah.
\tExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

\tStrong interest in research and academic pursuits related to neurology and concussion.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
