• Evaluate compensation surveys and benchmarking data to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to develop strategic compensation plans that support organizational objectives.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
• Provide expert advice on compensation policies and compliance with legal standards.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and recommend improvements to current practices.
• Support the development and execution of communication strategies related to compensation initiatives.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of compensation-related activities.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting compensation.• Proven experience in compensation analysis, preferably within the healthcare or social assistance sectors.
• Expertise in managing compensation surveys and benchmarking processes.
• Strong knowledge of annual compensation planning and salary structure design.
• Familiarity with compensation and benefits regulations and compliance standards.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Proficient in using compensation-related software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
