Job DescriptionLocation: Riviera Beach, FL 33404Pay Rate: $17.00-$26.00 hourlyWorking Schedule: 5:00AM or 6:00am- until production needs are complete
Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and motivated Batcher / Mixer to support our dairy production operations. This role is responsible for accurately batching and mixing ingredients according to recipes while maintaining food safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, follow instructions, and adapt to a production schedule that may change as needed.
Schedule & Hours
- Start time: Typically 5:00 AM, but may shift to 6:00 AM depending on production needs
- End time: Goal is to finish by 4:00–5:00 PM, though hours may extend if equipment issues or production demands arise
- Standard schedule: Monday – Friday
- Weekend work:
- Occasional Sunday batching required
- Depending on production schedules, shift may be Sunday–Thursday
Flexibility is required, as production needs may change.Key Responsibilities
- Batch and mix dairy products and ingredients according to established recipes and specifications
- Accurately weigh, measure, and record ingredients and batch data
- Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and consistency to ensure product quality
- Operate batching and mixing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas following GMP and food safety standards
- Identify and report equipment issues, production delays, or quality concerns
- Work independently once trained and manage batching responsibilities without constant supervision
- Follow all safety policies and company procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English (no language barriers)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills required (addition, subtraction, counting; calculator permitted)
- Ability to follow written recipes and instructions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work extended hours when necessary
- Self-motivated and capable of running the batching process independently once trained
Compensation & Growth
- Starting pay between $17.00–$26.00/hour, based on experience and performance
- Candidates may not start at the top of the range; however, we are committed to rapid pay increases for individuals who demonstrate strong execution, reliability, and the ability to operate independently after training
