About the Role
As a Home Comfort Designer, you will work directly with homeowners to assess their needs and design HVAC solutions that align with their comfort goals and budget. This is a consultative sales role focused on building trust and long-term relationships—not high-pressure selling.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to evaluate comfort needs
- Recommend HVAC system options, including pricing and financing solutions
- Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Respond to and close technician-generated leads (“technician flips”)
- Represent Aire Serv with professionalism, integrity, and strong customer focus
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (HVAC or in-home sales is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to clearly explain technical information to non-technical customers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
