What Youll Do
As a vital part of our front-line team, youll be the first point of contact for our customersproviding compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient service. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, call center-style environment where no two days are the same.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
- Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar like a pro
- Working closely with dispatchers to streamline technician routes
- Spotting opportunities to recommend services and boost sales
- Processing work orders and solving customer concerns quickly
- Helping the office run like a well-oiled machine
- Being flexibleopen to new tasks and cross-training opportunities

- Experience in a call center (big plus!)
