Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)
The Company:

The Position:
Full-time NP or PA in Methuen, MA providing primary care in clinic, home, and long-term care settings as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $110k - $150,000 (Salary Depending on Experience)
- Health (employer pays 80%), Dental, Vision
- 26 Combined PTO days + Vacation, Sick, Personal, and Holidays
- 403B Retirement, Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability
- CME and licensing reimbursement
Responsibilities:
- Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
- Outpatient Clinic, Home and Facility Visits When Needed
- Conduct annual and semi-annual physical exams
- Perform initial assessments for new participants and quarterly evaluations during the first year
- Manage acute, chronic, and post-hospital care
- Home and nursing facility visits
- Patient/family education and documentation
Requirements:
- MSN or PA degree; MA NP/PA license with DEA
- 1–2 years geriatric experience
- CPR Certification; COVID vaccination or exemption
