Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for mechanical assembler positions across three different assembly departments. The roles involve working with brakes and clutches used in medical companies, farm equipment, and US government applications, with products ranging from surgical robots to hospital beds.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks in one of the three departments: Epoxy Machine in Magnet Assembly, Soldering, or Medical Assembler.
- Follow detailed blueprints and off sets, ensuring precise assembly of components.
- Utilize hand tools such as calipers and micrometers, as well as power tools, to complete assembly tasks.
- Conduct soldering tasks with precision and adhere to safety standards.
- Handle and assemble mechanical parts with care, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Work independently, maintaining focus and attention to detail throughout the shift.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- 6+ months of experience using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
- Experience with blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Mechanical inclination and ability to work with both hand and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in hobby auto mechanics or medical assembly is a plus.
- Capability to stay on task and work independently.

Work Environment
Our facility offers a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with bench assembly for mechanical brakes, gear motors, and drives. This is a low volume, high product mix setting, requiring keen attention to detail as products can vary significantly. You will stay relatively clean throughout your shift, wearing gloves to manage oils and adhesives. The environment is organized with well-separated departments, providing a comfortable and efficient workspace.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.45/hr.
