Job DescriptionJoin Our Team as a Registered Dietitian

We invite you to become a part of our dynamic team as a Registered Dietitian in Eckert. Our organization is dedicated to providing comprehensive care through our PACE program, which focuses on serving the unique needs of older adults.

Relocation Bonus Available!

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Community travel to participants' homes may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess the nutritional status of participants in our program.
  • Utilize relevant data to design and implement suitable nutrition interventions.
  • Communicate findings with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure participants' nutritional needs are met.
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and provide education to participants requiring interventions.
  • Oversee kitchen facilities to maintain compliance with established standards.
  • Coordinate with meal service providers to ensure meals align with participants' needs.
  • Educate other healthcare professionals as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Dietetics or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Must hold a valid Dietitian license in the state.
  • Registered Dietitian Certification is required.
  • Medical clearance for communicable diseases and current immunizations are mandatory prior to direct participant interaction.
  • Understanding of the physical, mental, and social needs of frail older adults.
  • Proficient in assessing the nutritional needs of this demographic.
  • Ability to use computers and electronic devices for documentation and timekeeping.
