Technical Service Representative
- Day Shift | Monday - Friday
- 7am- 5:30pm | Rotating 8-hour Schedule
- Optional OT on Saturdays or extended work day hours during peek season
- $20.00/hr

Job Duties
- Answer phone calls & emails to help consumers order parts, check order status, and guide customers with purchasing products for marine electronics (electric trolling motors).
- No outbound cold calling.
- Service promptly, courteously, and professionally. Strengthen the relationships between consumers and business.
- Provide technical advice and product information.
- Accurately enter orders and document call conversations into computer system.
- Meet department goals and objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Small, friendly office environment
