Schedule: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Pay: $25/hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled Carpenters to join our team for an evening shift position at the VA Hospital. This role involves performing a variety of carpentry tasks in a professional, safety-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial or facility-based carpentry and be comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general carpentry work including framing, repairs, installations, and finishing
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Ability to pass a background check (required for hospital access)
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to work evening hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
