Location: Raleigh, NC (On-site)
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Schedule: Full-time
Job Overview:
We are seeking a polished and professional Senior On-Site Services Specialist to support daily operations within a high-profile legal office environment. This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage print, mail, and office support services efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate high-volume copy/print and finishing equipment
Handle inbound and outbound mail, shipping, and receiving
Perform binding, quality control, and document finishing tasks
Maintain and troubleshoot office copier equipment
Set up conference calls and assist with meeting room setups
Manage document scanning, file conversion, OCR, and formatting
Ensure proper handling of confidential and time-sensitive legal documents
Maintain supply inventory and service logs
Provide support to legal staff including attorneys, paralegals, and executives
Assist with light maintenance, office moves, and general facility support
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1–2+ years of related office support experience
Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand and move for extended periods (non-desk role)
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a legal office environment
Experience with copy/print services and mailroom operations
Familiarity with document management systems and workflows
Basic knowledge of electronics and equipment troubleshooting
Strong job stability and consistent work history
