MS/Tele Nursing Float – Winter Needs 2025 (WA)\n\nMedical Solutions auto-deducts the 1.75% WA tax — you may re-add it.\nAUTO OFFER based on clinical recommendation.\nRTO requires manager approval.\n\nUnit Details\n\nBeds: 32\n\nRatios: 1:4–6\n\nTelemetry: All beds tele-capable\n\nMonitor Techs: Off-site; RNs validate and read strips\n\nCNAs: Ratio 1:8–16\n\nRequirements\n\nCertifications: BLS, WA or Compact RN License\n\nExperience: Minimum 1 year MS/Tele, telemetry required\n\nDrips: RNs titrate Heparin, Blood, IV fluids\n\nPatient Population\n\nPost-surgical: General, Ortho, Urology, GYN\n\nLeadership & Support\n\nCharge Nurse: Yes\n\nHouse Supervisor: Yes\n\nSchedule\n\nShifts: 12-hour (7a–7:30p or 7p–7:30a)\n\nWeekends: Every other\n\nHolidays: Must be available for all\n\nCall: None (as needed per census)\n\nFloating: Required within scope\n\nDress Code\n\nNavy scrub top and bottom\n\nOrientation\n\n1–2 shifts, coordinated with onboarding
