Intealth is currently seeking a full-time ERAS Phone Support Representative to join our Applicant Information Systems (AIS) team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for applicants, providing support via phone and email.

About You

Are you a confident and empathetic communicator who thrives in a high-volume call and email environment? You bring professionalism, sound judgment, and a service-oriented mindset to every interaction, especially when supporting a diverse, global audience.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls and emails, providing accurate and efficient resolution to applicant inquiries.
  • Provide clear guidance on policies, procedures, billing inquiries, and online portal functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions and effective first-contact support
  • De-escalate sensitive or high-stress situations while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
  • Use good judgment to identify matters that need to be escalated appropriately.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems
  • High school diploma required
