The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Joyalukkas. This is a dynamic, high touch role where you will manage the end-to-end customer journey from the first warm greeting to closing high-value sales. You will balance floor sales with digital customer management to ensure every visitor receives a seamless, world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Elite Service: Greet customers with warmth and direct them to the appropriate collections or specialists.
- Sales Excellence: Engage potential and existing clients to promote our world-renowned products and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Digital Management: Professionally address customer inquiries and resolve complaints via our dedicated service portal.
- Relationship Building: Identify new sales opportunities and maintain long-term rapport with our loyal clientele.
- Store Synergy: Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure a flawless luxury environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in high-end customer service or luxury retail sales.
- Personality: We are seeking a charming, charismatic professional who can build trust easily and represent our brand with sophistication.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Languages (Preferred): Proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a significant advantage in the Artesia market.
