Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As an onsite Occupational Therapist, you’ll engage directly with students, collaborating closely with educators to help learners of all ages achieve their personal and academic goals.

Your expertise will be vital as you manage a caseload with a 50:1 student-to-provider ratio, providing skilled occupational therapy interventions in alignment with school-based needs. This part-time role, offering 22 hours per week, runs from August 4th, 2026, through October 30th, 2026.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Colorado OT license (required)
  • Demonstrated experience working within classroom or school settings
  • Familiarity with best practices in school-based occupational therapy
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with faculty, families, and staff
  • Comfortable balancing a dynamic and varied K-12 student caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group OT interventions for students with diverse needs
  • Conduct assessments and document progress in accordance with educational guidelines
  • Develop and implement IEP/504 plans, contributing to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance with all required standards
