Executive Assistant (EA) – Temporary or Temp-to-Hire

  • Job Type: Temporary or Temp-to-Hire \n\t
  • Location: In-office preferred; hybrid possible for exceptional candidates \n\t
  • Pay Rate: Competitive, commensurate with experience \n\t
  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00/8:30–5:00 (or 8:00–3:00 for those that need more flexability) with occasional evening work from home)\n

\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n\n

    \n\t
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO and CEO\n\t
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules\n\t
  • Track and facilitate document approvals efficiently\n\t
  • Prepare executives for meetings, organize agendas, and take detailed notes (including Plaud AI)\n\t
  • Coordinate ongoing projects using Microsoft Outlook and monday.com (preferred)\n\t
  • Serve as a personable gatekeeper, ensuring seamless communication\n\t
  • Proactively follow up on tasks and projects to meet deadlines\n\t
  • Maintain organization in a lean, fast-paced environment\n

\nQualifications & Skills:\n\n

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives, preferably in startups or busy corporate settings\n\t
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities\n\t
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook; monday.com experience highly valued\n\t
  • Quick learner, adept with tech tools (Calendly, Plaud AI)\n\t
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills\n\t
  • Discreet, reliable, and resourceful; handles sensitive information with care\n\t
  • Flexible work schedule and willingness to accommodate time zone differences\n\t
  • Ability to thrive independently without micromanagement\n
