Locations/Schedule:

Boston, MA: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM or 9:30 AM-6:00 PM

Chestnut Hill, MA: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Position Overview:
This is a dual-role position primarily focused on clinical support as a Medical Assistant, with responsibilities also covering front desk operations. You'll support a high-volume practice by rooming patients, assisting providers, and coordinating scheduling and check-in/check-out activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Room 18-20 patients per day

Record patient vital signs and complete medication reconciliation
-
Collaborate with up to 4 providers at a time
-
Work through EPIC In Basket messages

Assist with front desk duties: patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling

Ensure excellent patient service and workflow efficiency
Must-Have Qualifications:

Experience with EPIC
-
Background as a Medical Assistant and in administrative/front desk support

Comfortable in a multi-provider clinical setting
Preferred Qualifications:

Medical Assistant Certification
