The Customer Service Sales Associate at our retail location is dedicated to providing exceptional service to every customer. This role involves handling package processing, operating a variety of office and point-of-sale equipment, and advising customers on products and services with confidence and expertise. The ideal candidate values a friendly, professional atmosphere and is eager to quickly learn all aspects of our business. This position reports directly to the Store Manager and requires availability on weekdays until 6:30pm as well as regular weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in and telephone customers
- Listen attentively to customers and team members to understand needs and resolve issues
- Take ownership of shipping concerns and provide effective solutions
- Maintain expert knowledge of products, services, and industry trends
- Operate all office equipment, software, and point-of-sale devices proficiently
- Assist and train others in equipment operation when needed
- Keep the work environment clean, safe, and organized
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in customer service and retail sales
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
