Responsibilities
As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our location’s operations. Your key duties will include:

Operational Leadership
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.

Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong, capable team.
- Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
- Provide consistent coaching and feedback to maintain high performance.

Customer Experience
- Monitor and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly to ensure loyalty.

Financial Management
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial goals, including cost control and revenue growth.
- Track and analyze key financial metrics such as labor costs, food costs, and sales performance.

Problem Solving & Innovation
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to drive success.
- Adapt to changing business needs and optimize processes for efficiency.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should bring the following experience and skills:
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in the quick-service or restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and quality control.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- A customer-first mindset with a constant focus on improving the guest experience.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and opportunities effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with basic financial statements and budgeting is strongly preferred.
