Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Claims Specialist to join our growing team onsite in Tulsa, OK!

What You’ll Do

  • Resolve claims and collections with a friendly, timely approach.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service—answering questions with empathy and professionalism.

  • Clearly explain claims processes and coverage options.

  • Collect and manage documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in claims, collections, or admin roles.

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm in an onsite position.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
