Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Previous experience working in a K-12 school environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Proficient in assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders
- Knowledge of educational laws and regulations regarding special education

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students goals
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
- Stay current with best practices and trends in speech-language pathology
