This fall, we’re launching our first flagship boutique in SoHo — a curated space offering both a luxury retail experience and exclusive brand-hosted events for clients and community members.
We are hiring our first Client Advisor — a trusted brand representative who will drive sales, nurture client relationships, and set the tone for our store’s culture.
Your Role
As our founding sales professional, you will:
- Guide clients through personalized, high-touch jewelry experiences.
- Build and maintain a personal client book to support loyalty and growth.
- Represent the brand during client events and community activation hosted in-store.
- Take initiative and leadership on the floor, operating independently with confidence.
- Contribute to digital clienteling through thoughtful follow-ups, CRM entries, and sharing curated product content.
Who You Are
- Sales achiever with 2–5 years' experience in luxury retail, jewelry, fashion, watches, art, or fine hospitality.
- Natural connector with emotional intelligence and authentic presence.
- Confident storyteller who understands the power of personal style and transformation.
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, start-up setting where ideas and ownership matter.

- Reliable & organized: You’ll often lead the space independently and ensure seamless operations.
- Strong communicator: Clear, warm, and engaging in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
- Flexible availability: Willing to work evenings and weekends aligned with store hours and occasional events.
- Detail-oriented: You recognize that precision, from tray presentation to floor setup, defines client experience.
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: Commensurate with experience
- Commission: 1.5% of personal sales, with accelerators over target
- Bonuses: Quarterly incentives based on CRM growth and client retention

- Career Growth: Opportunity to advance to Store Lead / Manager within 6–12 months based on performance
