The Patient Care Coordinator is an organized, efficient multi-tasker with excellent customer service, communication & clerical skills.
The Patient Care Coordinator answers the phones, coordinate referrals, create, maintain and enter info into database, manage files, update paperwork and other documents and perform other office duties. While our Physical Therapists are on out on the field, the coordinator maintains communication between the home health agencies/clinicians and the office. This position is an integral to the daily operations of the Physical Therapy company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer Skills and Customer Service Skills Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Must be a team player w/ leadership ability
Must be able to multitask in a busy office environment
Must be able to prioritize tasks
Experience as a n office assistant or related field
