Job Summary/ Essential Job Functions:
Client is seeking a Data Entry for the Resident Relocations Services Department. They are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry staff member to support a high-volume data entry and vital administrative functions. The individual in this role will support the team by maintaining accurate records in the Oracle system, ensuring timely reconciliation and alignment with internal tracking records. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth payment process to our vendors.
Daily Duties
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain invoice data in internal systems and tracking records
- Cross-reference invoice entries with relocation logs, funding approvals, and department records.
- Work with client, Procurement and Budget staff to ensure data integrity and processing continuity.
