POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the CEO, the Project Manager serves as the Contractors single point of accountability for execution of all IV&V, program management, financial, and risk support activities under this task order. The PM is responsible for day-to-day leadership, coordination with the COR and DIS leadership, and ensuring all contract requirements, deliverables, schedules, and quality standards are met.
The PM oversees:

  • Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) activities across DIS systems
  • Program communications and reporting
  • Financial oversight and billing reconciliation support
  • Risk management framework execution
  • Staffing, workload planning, and continuity of operations
  • The PM ensures the contractor delivers independent, objective, and actionable insights while maintaining strict adherence to scope, schedule, cost controls, and federal compliance requirements.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing federal IT or systems support contracts
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity
  • Demonstrated experience supporting IV&V, system oversight, or quality assurance for IT systems
  • Experience working with Agile development environments
  • Experience coordinating with federal CORs and senior stakeholders
  • Management Experience:
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams (technical, financial, and analytical staff)
  • Experience managing schedules, deliverables, and cost controls under Time & Materials contracts
  • Federal Environment Experience (Required):
  • Experience supporting civilian federal agencies, preferably in grants, financial systems, or shared services environments

Security:

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain HHS suitability at Position Sensitivity Level 5/6
  • Ability to obtain HSPD-12 credentials
