This position offers a rewarding opportunity for a licensed pharmacist with a focus on mail order pharmacy services. As a critical member of the pharmacy team, you will ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of medications while supervising pharmacy technicians and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include supervising compounding preparations, filling and labeling prescriptions, and overseeing the prepackaging of bulk medications. You will communicate prescription clarifications, perform final prescription checks, answer questions, and consistently meet standards for accuracy, pharmaceutical quality, and potency. Adherence to USP guidelines, Board of Pharmacy rules, and internal policies is essential. Additional duties may be assigned by management or the pharmacist in charge.

Ideal candidates are Arizona-licensed pharmacists with thorough knowledge of pharmacy practice laws, regulations, and procedures. Experience with both sterile and non-sterile compoundingincluding capsules, oral liquids, injectables, topical medications, nasal preparations, suppositories, troches, and tablet trituratesis highly valued. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role. Candidates must hold an active, good-standing AZ State Pharmacy License and be willing to obtain licenses in multiple states if required.
