Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in Duluth, MN, is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to support students' educational and emotional development. This role emphasizes fostering a positive learning environment through expert psychological services, assessments, and collaboration with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify students learning needs and challenges
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies to support student success
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to address behavioral and emotional concerns
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support individualized education program (IEP) development
  • Travel as required to multiple school sites within the district

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting psychological assessments and interpreting data
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively
  • Flexibility to travel between schools to provide services
