Job Description
Join a dedicated and growing team, where you’ll be an essential part of the production process in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Associate, you’ll assist with material processing, ensure product quality, and support the movement of parts through various stages of production and shipping. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
· Assist with material processing and equipment operation based on instructions
· Maintain product quality by following standard work procedures and tolerances
· Prepare, box, and stage parts for shipping or next-stage processing
· Accurately complete production paperwork and inspection documentation
· Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with preventive maintenance
Qualifications and Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Minimum 1 year of industrial or manufacturing experience
· Ability to read and follow work instructions and shop orders
· Comfortable using measuring tools like scales and gauges
· Able to lift 30–50 lbs. and work in environments with noise, dust, and variable temperatures

The base pay range for this position is $15.00/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
