We’re hiring a full-time School Speech Language Pathologist to join a collaborative educational team in Wayne County, MI for the 2025–2026 school year.

Position Details:

• Location: In-person
• Schedule: 35 hours/week, Monday through Friday
• Start Date: 8/112025

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and track progress.
• Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or a valid Michigan teacher certificate with full approval in Speech and Language Impaired
• License Required: Speech and Language Pathologist License
• License Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech and Language Pathology from the American Speech and Language Hearing Association
• Other: Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others, demonstrate self-discipline, and initiative, follow state and district guidelines.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience.
