Join our team as a Mechanical Construction Project Manager and take charge of large, high-profile hospital projects valued in the multi-millions. We are a leading mechanical contractor delivering complex MEP systems across the West and seeking proven leaders ready to grow with us.

In this role, you will oversee 50+ skilled trades professionals, working closely with general contractors and project executives. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, BIM coordination, HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

We’re looking for candidates with:

Demonstrated success leading large hospital or healthcare construction projects.
Experience managing multi-trade crews and collaborating with GCs.
Strong knowledge of budget control, BIM, HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
Leadership that inspires teams to deliver quality work under demanding timelines.
