Responsibilities:
• Handle registration tasks using state-specific software to ensure accurate processing records.
• Review and verify documentation for completeness and correctness, making necessary updates as required.
• Assist customers in completing forms and provide clear guidance on registration procedures for records.
• Process and issue requests through in-person interactions or online orders, following established protocols.
• Manage, validate, and preserve departmental records to meet compliance standards set by state, auditing, and regulatory agencies.
• Edit and update records or documents as assigned, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Coordinate with external agencies to obtain records and transfer information to relevant parties.
• Participate in cross-training initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Two to three years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel, or similar software.
• Strong skills in data entry, email correspondence, and handling inbound calls.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict privacy standards.
• Capable of working effectively during public health emergencies or crises, with flexibility regarding hours and location.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication abilities to assist customers and collaborate with team members.
