About Us
Formerly known as Towanda Memorial Hospital, our facility is now a proud satellite campus of Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, located just 17 miles north in Sayre, PA. Since joining Guthrie in April 2015, we have been dedicated to serving Bradford and Sullivan counties, providing accessible clinical services and long-term care through our 68-bed skilled nursing unit and 94-bed personal care home.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (required).
- State Licensure for Occupational Therapy.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action under stress.
