Job DescriptionJob Title: Accounting Professional Location: Lantana, FL Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team in Lantana, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience with a specific emphasis on inventory billing. Candidates with inventory experience will receive first consideration for an interview. Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage and process inventory billing (required)</li>
<li>Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)</li>
<li>Provide professional and responsive customer service</li>
<li>Review and maintain financial documentation and records</li>
<li>Assist with contract review and documentation (knowledge of contracts is a plus)</li>
<li>Maintain accurate data using Google Sheets and Gmail</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in inventory billing (required)</li>
<li>Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with Gmail and Google Sheets</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li>
<li>English preferred; Spanish is a plus but not required</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Knowledge or experience working with contracts</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li>
