Landmark Decor is a fast-growing U.S.-based manufacturer and retailer specializing in high-end decorative wall panels, PVC marble, outdoor furniture, and architectural accent products. We offer high-ticket items that transform spaces. We don’t just wait for customers to find us—we go out and find the projects.
The Mission
We are looking for a Sales Hunter, not a Store Sitter.
We are seeking a high-energy Showroom Manager who treats this location as their own franchise. If you are used to sitting behind a desk waiting for the door to chime, this is not the job for you. We need a go-getter who will manage the showroom but also aggressively pound the pavement, network with contractors, and generate their own leads to drive massive volume.
Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Pay: $23/hr (Safety net)

Uncapped Commissions:

5% on in-store sales

10% on in-home sales/installs (High-ticket potential)

Performance Bonuses: Based on total store revenue growth.

Note: Successful candidates view the base pay as just the starting point. We want you to double your salary through commissions.
What You’ll Actually Do (Responsibilities)

Generate Net New Business: Don't just wait for walk-ins. Actively prospect local contractors, interior designers, flippers, and real estate investors to build a B2B pipeline.

Close Deals: Expertly guide customers from the "looking" phase to the "buying" phase. We need closers, not tour guides.

In-Home Consultations: Travel to client sites to measure, consult, and upsell. (This is where the 10% commission kicks in—you eat what you kill).

Manage the Hub: Ensure the showroom looks pristine and operations run smoothly so that when you do bring traffic in, the store helps you close the sale.

Pipeline Management: obsessive follow-up on leads. You never let a potential sale go cold.
Who We Are Looking For

The "Hunter" Mentality: You have a background in Car Sales, Insurance, Real Estate, or Door-to-Door sales. You understand that activity = income.

Self-Motivated: You don't need a boss telling you to make calls or follow up on leads. You do it because you want the commission check.

Rejection Proof: You are not afraid to hear "no" to get to a "yes."

Retail/Design Experience is a Bonus, Sales DNA is a Must: We can teach you about PVC marble and wall panels; we can't teach you hustle.

Availability: Must be willing to work Saturdays (Prime sales days).
