Our growing group in Conshohocken, PA is seeking exceptional Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef candidates to lead our kitchen operations. These roles are critical to delivering the inventive, high-quality dishes our guests have come to love. Culinary Leader: Chef de Cuisine & Sous Chef

Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all culinary operations, from daily prep to service execution.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing kitchen team.
• Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Managing inventory, controlling food costs, and optimizing kitchen efficiency.
• Collaborating closely with front-of-house staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Contributing to creative menu development and special events planning.



Qualifications:

• Chef de Cuisine: Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a reputable, fast-paced kitchen. Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development. Creative menu development abilities and a passion for culinary excellence. Exceptional organizational skills and financial acumen.
• Sous Chef: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook in a quality establishment. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team. Solid understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations. High energy, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
