Job Description

St. Andrews at Francis place is looking for a Director of Dining Services for our residents.

As the Director of Dining Services, you will:

Develop and implement dietary plans and menus in accordance with nutritional guidelines and standards.
Manage the preparation and delivery of meals to residents.
Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Conducting nutritional assessments and providing dietary consultations
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure specific dietary needs of patients are met.
Manage department budget and control operational cost.
Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies.
Supervise dietary staff.
