St. Andrews at Francis place is looking for a Director of Dining Services for our residents.
As the Director of Dining Services, you will:
- Develop and implement dietary plans and menus in accordance with nutritional guidelines and standards.
- Manage the preparation and delivery of meals to residents.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Conducting nutritional assessments and providing dietary consultations
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure specific dietary needs of patients are met.
- Manage department budget and control operational cost.
- Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise dietary staff.
