We’re a small, friendly, family-owned electrical trade business, and we’re looking for a brilliant Admin Assistant to keep our office running smoother than a freshly wired circuit. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping the office humming with top-notch admin support
- Booking jobs and coordinating our awesome tradie team
- Answering phones with a smile (yes, even the weird calls)
- Managing emails, invoices, and general paperwork like a pro
- Helping to keep our schedules, quotes, and customer info organized
- Assist with data entry, filing and maintaining client/job records
Requirements
💡Who You Are:
- Friendly, proactive, and ridiculously organized
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- A great communicator (especially when deciphering tradie speak!)
- Comfortable juggling tasks without dropping the ball
- Computer-savvy – bonus points if you’ve used Xero or job management software
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and being part of a team
